Mind4Youth

Mind4Youth’s S.E.L.F Care Program stands for Supporting Empowerment and Love for Fulfillment. Through providing self-care kits and items, this program aims to instill confidence and promote self-care among underserved youth and women. These kits contain items designed to offer therapeutic activities and items for youth in difficult situations. Each kit contains a thoughtful selection of self-care items, including a tote bag, a coloring book, a pack of coloring pencils, a tie-dye kit, and Lush products. Mind4Youth also distributes self-care products individually to designated centers and shelters. This program was launched in Tijuana, Mexico, where the Mind4Youth Tustin Chapter distributed 150 kits!
